(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great laptop for a fair price! I was hesitating between a Dell Inspiron and the Yoga and I'm really glad I got the Yoga. Less expansive AND better on all fronts. I recommend it all day long.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great laptop. Replaced my IdeaPad from 2016, it has a larger screen but a smaller body, and it's thinner. Very happy with performance, display, and battery life. I really like the extra large touchpad, makes the laptop much more user friendly. I often use the touchscreen as well, especially when I'm not at my desk. The size of the 16" makes use as a tablet a bit awkward, but I wanted the larger display as I mostly use it at a desk. The pen is responsive, however I've found it hard to use the pen unless the screen is supported as it tends to wobble. Also worth buying some nice screen cleaner to keep the fingerprints off, Overall I'm very happy with the laptop, it does everything I need it to and more!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Having recently taken the plunge on the Lenovo Yoga 7 (16-inch, AMD Ryzen), despite the limited initial reviews, I've been thoroughly impressed. A stark contrast to the untimely demise of my once-beloved, now utterly defunct, MacBook Air. This 2-in-1 has quickly become a favorite, offering a fantastic blend of laptop power and tablet convenience. Here are some of the standout features that have truly won me over: My Favorite Features: - The Ultimate 2-in-1 Versatility: For years, I've toyed with the idea of having both a capable PC and a convenient tablet. The Yoga 7 has finally delivered on that dream without the added cost and hassle of lugging around two separate devices. It seamlessly transitions between laptop mode for productivity and tablet mode for relaxed browsing or creative tasks. This single device truly does it all. - A Nostalgic and Impressive Pen Experience: The inclusion of a Wacom brand pen was a delightful surprise. Growing up around Wacom products, known for their quality and precision, this collaboration feels like a perfect match. What's even better is how well the pen actually writes. It's far smoother and more responsive than I initially anticipated, making note-taking and sketching a genuine pleasure. - Immersive Visuals on a Generous Display: The 16-inch touchscreen is a real highlight. While I was a little concerned about pixel density on a screen this size, the picture quality is surprisingly good – crisp and vibrant enough for everyday use and media consumption. It strikes a great balance between a large workspace for productivity and an engaging canvas for tablet use. - Rock-Solid Build Quality: My past experiences with Lenovo were primarily with their robust ThinkPads, which, while powerful, often leaned towards a more utilitarian design. Seeing that same level of solid construction in the sleek and versatile Yoga 7 is fantastic. It feels premium and durable, giving me confidence in its longevity. This blend of performance and robust build is truly impressive. - Audio That Packs a Punch: The speakers on this device are genuinely amazing. Whether I'm watching videos, listening to music, or in a video call, the audio quality is rich, clear, and surprisingly immersive. It definitely enhances the overall multimedia experience. - Unlocking New Ways to Work and Play: The versatility in how you can position the screen is a game-changer. It reminds me of my old Asus Transformer Book, but this is a significant upgrade in terms of both performance and design. From propped up for presentations to folded into tablet mode for comfortable reading, the different viewing angles are incredibly useful in various situations. - A Comfortable and Functional Keyboard: The keyboard is a joy to type on, offering a good amount of travel and a satisfying tactile feedback. The inclusion of a dedicated number pad on the side is a welcome addition for productivity tasks involving numbers. Acknowledging the Trade-offs (But Still Loving It): - The Weight of Versatility: The 2-in-1 design inevitably adds some weight compared to a traditional laptop. While noticeable, I find the weight to be pretty well-balanced, and the trade-off for having both a laptop and tablet in one is a compromise I'm more than willing to make. - A Touch of Reflection: There is a bit of glare on the screen, which I did consider after purchasing. However, it hasn't been significant enough to detract from my overall enjoyment or warrant a return. It's something to be aware of, but for my usage, it's manageable. Minor Annoyances (But Not Dealbreakers): - Limited Reviews, Big Reward: The scarcity of in-depth reviews initially gave me pause, but I'm so glad I decided to take the plunge. This laptop has exceeded my expectations. - The Curious Case of the Pen Holder: The USB pen holder feels a little clunky, especially when I'm also using a Bluetooth mouse. A more integrated or refined solution would be appreciated. - Port Placement Ponderings: While the port selection is adequate, their placement feels a bit... meh. I can't quite articulate the perfect solution, but a slight redesign in their positioning could potentially improve cable management and usability. - Finicky Fingerprint Reader: The fingerprint reader can be a little hit-or-miss in terms of responsiveness. It's not a major inconvenience, but it's not as seamless as it could be. - Touchpad for Improvement: Similarly, the touchpad is functional but could benefit from a smoother surface and perhaps more refined gesture recognition. Final Thoughts: Despite a few minor drawbacks, my experience with the Lenovo Yoga 7 has been overwhelmingly positive. The versatility of having a powerful laptop that seamlessly transforms into a large-screen tablet, coupled with the surprisingly excellent Wacom pen and the solid build quality, makes this a standout device. If you're looking for a do-it-all machine that doesn't compromise on performance or flexibility, and you appreciate a well-built piece of hardware, the Yoga 7 is definitely worth considering, even if the review landscape is still growing. I'm certainly glad I took the leap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Yoga 7 is an outstanding laptop in build quality and performance, I'm still in a testing phase but so far it's been fantastic and I've been very satisfied with the display, speed and battery life, the pen is great too! The minor exceptions are the power cord, which does not have the look or feel of robustness that it will function for 5 years, which is what I believe a laptop should last for( or when MS arbitrarily decides you have to buy a new one because they no longer support what ever version they have out at the time.) And although I knew this going in why not a full sd slot? Overall, for the features and the price, it's great choice!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It took too long to arrive, and the delivery date chagend at least 3 times. The Laptop is nice, it works ok, but it has a bug that i used to have with my last laptop, it freezes the screen from time to time for a couple of seconds. It looks like if it were taking a picture of the screen.

I primarily use it for heavy calculation Excel sheets and large PDF blueprints, and it handles both like a dream—no lag, no slowdowns, just smooth performance.
