The case charges, but the earbuds do not. They don’t turn on or connect to Bluetooth. There is no information online to troubleshoot beyond just trying again which obviously doesn’t help.

My Only Dislike Is The Phone Call Quality. I'm Told I Sound Very Far Away, So I Have To Speak Louder Than Usual. Otherwise, Fit, Sound Quality, And Charge Are Great.

Finally a pair of earbuds that stay in my ears! I love the extra piece around the ear buds that make it a snug fit. Super comfortable and the quality so far seems great. No issues and I’m really happy with the purchase.
