I wanted to really like these. Got them in white & they were really cute, but the zipper is not the best quality. I feel the zipper will break after a few tries. The zipper struggles to zip up. I’m returning them cause of this

The most comfortable shoe I own… I’ve had them for 3 years now and they’re still holding up even though they take a beating!! And I get compliments daily!!

I have the opposite issue that others complained about. I wanted the patent shiny black look that what was in the photo. I get the matte black version which clearly looks like plastic / fake leather. I guess I will need to find another brand since I could have the same issue ordering elsewhere.

I read the reviews before ordering and I LOVE a patent leather shiny look so I was happy that this is exactly what they are. YET THE PHOTOS ARE STILL SO MISLEADING. The photos are of a matte black boot and these are NOT that. (Everything else is as seen). That said, these have a super comfy sole! The rest of the boot feels stiff and a bit scratchy, so I'll be wearing them with thicker socks - but overall these are a great looking pair of boots.

The shape is sooo adorable but they are shiny, like patent, I’m keeping them since they are cute but absolutely not what is in the pic Def need to change the pic and description If you want shiny they are great!

I ordered the black boots and they are cute boots but they are “shiny” which they don’t appear to be in the photo of the “black boots.” I returned them. I would have kept them if they had not been Shiny ✨ like patent leather
