Q: From Levoit's own website, it says Core 200S line doesn't come with HEPA filter. It is a non-HEPA filter. Is this product's specification on target page correct?
A: Called the support team to ask about the filter and of course no answer. On hold for 20 minutes. Would not recommend this brand/company.

Q: I have the VeSync app but it won’t let me connect. It’s asking me to hit the Bluetooth button but I only have a WiFi button.

Q: What is the difference between this one and the mini purifier?
A: All of our air purifiers effectively trap all airborne pollutants (dust, pollen, smoke, mold, etc.). Besides the physical appearance, the main difference between our units is the effective range they can cover. Q: can you wash this filter?
A: To maintain your filter, we recommend cleaning the pre-filter (outer layer of the filter) using a soft brush or vacuum hose every 2-4 weeks. However, please do not use water or liquid to clean the filter as trapped water particles may result in mold growth or mildew smells. Either way, it is encouraged to change the filters after about 6-8 months of use or at your discretion.

A: Yes, all brand-new purchases come with a filter installed. Please make sure to remove the plastic packaging before use.

Q: What does the red light indicate?
A: The red light (or check filter indicator) will light up as a reminder to check the air filter. Depending on how much you use the air purifier, the indicator should turn on within 6–8 months. It is simply a reminder light to check the filters and clear any dust buildup; you may or may not need to change the filters at this time.
