[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great AC unit , no complaints , it definitely cools down my whole apartment and I have it set up in my bedroom within my 1 bedroom apartment . It would’ve been nice to have received the warranty details up front , I never received any of the warranties or what was included at all until now .

We have had this unit as our emergency back up since 2017 after our 20+ yr old homes central air system went out. We used it for several months then, while we saved to cash flow a complete install of central air system. Since then we store it in the garage and have used it at least once a year for a few days and weeks at most due to made weather, power outages or other circumstances. We power it with a 9000W HB Predator Generator. It cools our main bedroom with ease.

This air conditioner is horrible doesn’t get cold never did .. less than a year old and hate it .. will not ever buy again

Needed a small air conditioner that could cool a larger room and this fit the bill! It ran all summer with no issues. It cooled perfectly and quietly. It was very easy to install and to use. I think we will always buy LG products!!

Wasn't easy to install. Had to pay a contract person to install for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two LG window mount air conditioners as a backup for my whole house air conditioner for when the outside power grid goes down. I have a mid-sized plug-in generator connected to a switching panel and the main electrical panel in the garage. It is very easy to attach the included spacer side pieces to ensure a tight seal to the sides of the windows. They can quickly and easily be moved to other windows as necessary. I have tested both and found they are exceptionally quiet and began cooling very quickly. Exactly what I wanted at a fair price and now have peace of mind we will remain comfortable during power outages. Thanks, LG!

My old window AC blew kept my bedroom cool, but it was so loud, I could hardly sleep. It also flung a lot of water and I constantly had to sweep the water away. The LG is quiet. Set on low, I hardly notice it's running and it keeps my bedroom pleasantly cool. The thermostat works very well. Hopefully this will keep the energy cost down. I love the fact that it has a drain plug!

I bought a LG window air conditioner several months ago and have been keeping track of my electric bill in this period of extremely hot weather we've been having. Two months in a row now, I have been pleasantly surprised at how very little the cost of having this AC on night and day. This AC has definitely been worth every penny I paid for it; now to see how long it lasts with my extended usage.
