[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few years ago with a top of the line LG TV. It matched the style and size, giving my living room a clean connected look. I even got the rear speakers from LG. I appreciated the wireless transmitter to simply cables running from the unit. However, after a year, the subwoofer stopped working. I cannot replace just the sub, and it would be insane to replace the entire sound system. The sub is cheap and LG discontinued this entire line because of poor quality.

I cannot replace it with anything, since it is a proprietary system. LG discontinued this set because it was such low quality, and I can't find any solutions. My only choice is to repair the entire soundbar, subwoofer, and rear speakers. No warranty fix, no subs on market to buy, no solutions. ugh.

Connectivity issues from the start. Had to keep turning tv off & on to get the bar to sync to it. 15 months later sound bar does not work anymore. Makes a weird noise & then completely cuts out. It had done this off & on before but now this is all it does. Very disappointed!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, to complement the Gallery 65” G3 OLED that I purchased. The sound is good, but not the best. My main issue is it keeps losing connection with the TV using eARC. I am using High Speed 48Gbps 2.1 HDMI. I wish I would have tested it longer, before cutting and mounting it on the wall. Is there a firmware fix for this one?

Same issue as others. Sub Woofer stopped working about 2 year mark. Soundbar by itself is awful. I have a Sonos system on my other Tv and has worked great for many years. Very Disappointed especially for the price I paid expecting quality.

This product is trash. The subwoofer stopped working just outside the warranty window, just like the other reviewers said. However much I liked some of their other products(the matching GX TV), I would think twice about ever buying an LG product again after this premium priced product died. Realistically, I should have known better than to spend so much money on equipment with such a short warranty, but I trusted the brand. Don’t be like me.

I baught the sound system 2 yrs ago an I love the quality of the system. Unfortunately, the Subwoofer stopped working recently. Luckily, LG accepted to repair the system at no cost even after my warranty had expired.

best way to realize how nice this is was when the subwoofer started issuing clicking sounds, so i sent the soundbar and subwoofer ti LG to fix it, and we dont have it now, and realized how nice the sound was through the soundbar. excellent quality sound, very nice, very crisp, very enjoyable i hope they fix it and return it quick, other nice features to mention is the very thin size as well as the fact that the subwoofer was wireless and really not that big in size. fits the tv and room very well.

I bought this today, and I there have been few purchases that I regret more. Looks cool with the G2 but sounds like two Tim cans connected by string. Absolutely no mids, inconsistent volume, sub woofer pops, sound seems to fade in and out. I cannot wait to return this piece of absolute junk.

I purchased.It has a wireless subwoofer that has to be close to the sound bar to work properly.I tried putting it on the side of the couch and it kept going off and on.It’s loud enough for whoever is watching t.v. And not loud enough for the neighbors to complain.
