I bought new LG OLED 55” GR TV. It worked for three months and then suddenly it was turning off after few minutes. I reset everything thing still didn’t work, in few days I noticed thin line appeared on screen and now it doesn’t turn on at all. Warranty is not covering because their approved service shop without property checking just blaming its physical damage, when it’s not. Will never recommend this TV to anyone.

Without a doubt the best TV I have owned, It's minimal looks mean it doesn't stand out when not in use especially when wall mounted. The UHD Oled picture looks so real it's like being there. The gaming performance is also amazing, lightning fast refresh running on my PS5 Pro with a image that pulls you into the action, I'd you are looking for a great value high performance TV this is it.

I brought this to replace a much older LG . Great picture, so much more detail and depth of colours. Works great with my LG soundbar setup . My only negative comment is has I preferred a proper instruction manual,but that may be my age 😁. Apart from that I cannot fault it

Then delays for Waiting for replacment set, The only truly shocking parts with lg, Is the period of not having a tv, And now im fighting for the new warranty that starts when delivered.. They state from original invoice, no sorry not the law..

I like the size and how thin it is which makes the TV look modern in the living area. I love the remote and that there is a mouse feature. It makes it much easier to browse my favorite apps. Some of the more popular apps were pre-installed and that made using the Tv so much easier. The picture quality is amazing, I feel like I am in a movie theatre with the quality. The picture quality does not look distorted and the lighting is just right. I got this TV because I enjoy watching movies and streaming and felt it was the right size to get the job done. Review submitted as part of a program that provides a purchase discount.

The TV is currently running on standard settings for the picture. In the main the picture quality is good except for the rendition of anything green such as grass or trees. Far too vivid! This may be fixable by fine tuning when time permits. Also the screen goes black randomly. Don't know what is causing this so will have to contact LG. Could also do with RCA connections for sound out as there is only optical.

All of these sets are affected by an HDMI handshake issue that causes audio and video drop outs. This is well documented on the forums: https://www.avforums.com/threads/intermittent-sound-dropouts-on-lg-g4-65-inch-tv-need-advice.2503066/ The TV is not fit for purpose. Repeated firmware updates have only made the problem worse. Users are reporting that even mainboard replacements do not fix the issue. Please look at long-term user reviews before purchasing a TV.
