3 weeks ago easy to set up only problem is the app to set up your system with thin Q app is junk I downloaded the old surround sound app and all was good then went to use it again and it made me use thw thin Q app it does not work

I've had this for a couple of months now and am pleased with the sound capabilities of this system, however having to utilize an app on your phone to tailor the sound output is about the most ridiculous thing I have every seen. A simple LED display on the face of the bar indicating which feature setting you are adjusting would be much preferred over the requirement to use your phone. The remote and your colored light system is useless, you expect someone to remeber the colors and what they mean? How much more could it have cost to integrate a LED display into the bar?

Nice sound, with some issues. The wowcast feature when enabled via the TV drops out the next time I restart the TV and soundbar. Need a software update to fix this

I purchased this soundbar after reading many good reviews online. The first thing I did was use the LG App to perform an AI Calibration, which completed without issue. Then I put on some music and boy was I shocked. The highs were tinny, the mids were muted, and the bass very muddy. My first thought was that I must have left the TV speakers on. Nope, audio was coming from the soundbar only. My second thought was to adjust the treble, mid, and bass in the app, but no amount of adjustment resulted in a satisfactory blend of audio. The whole sound range seemed to be collapsed compared to my 15+ year old speakers this soundbar was to replace. Next I tried some trailers for Dolby Atmos content. Again, this was very disappointing. The sound stage was very narrow with even basic stereo imaging, let alone attempting to create the promised dome of audio. Voices were not clear and well defined, music was not dramatic, and the effects and explosions were boomy without being impressive. I can't recommend this product to anyone that enjoys well defined sound. Invest in a small Hifi setup instead. This soundbar will disappoint.

Have owned this soundbar for a few weeks now. Sound is great! Issue is the rear Bluetooth speakers interfere with broadband speed. Have tried moving modem and changing modem settings but no solution. For the price of the soundbar this issue should have been resolved. Have no choice but to return soundbar as I cannot stream services on my TV.

I can confirm this is definately better than our previous soundbar and has a better base sound. If it's late you can also turn the bass off to limit impact for people sleeping. Another benefit is the buttons on top although easily hit my cats seem to miss them so no more muting or disabling the microphone by accidentally standing on them which helps. Overall it's a good size for a 55inch TV and sits nicely underneath it, unlike my last one which was glass this is less of a magnet trap so looks much better.

The delivery team were really good and efficient and the soundbar itself is incredible. It’s a massive step up from our previous soundbar, the surround sound is deep and warm and is very immersive for our set up. Set up was super easy, everything simply connected and no annoying wires to cater for. It’s stylish and minimalist so fits lovely into the room without being intrusive. There is much testing left to do as it only arrived a few hours ago so I cannot attest to how well it copes with all viewing etc but I am looking forward to using it. We have been using the soundbar for several days now with no issues, it turns on straight away with no delay with the additional speakers. The sub doesn’t overly vibrate when a programme is bass heavy and the sound continues to be rich and warm. Massive thumbs up for this soundbar!

Easy to set up, I think remote is pointless as not easy to use, but i guess LG want you to use the app instead which is very easy to use. The bass seem low compared to other units I have had even when full on in the settings for non movies. For movies works fine.

The sound is more than plentiful and fills the room with sounds from all directions, and when paired with my LG TV a simple easily controlled system is complete, they complement each other, especially when using the Wow Orchestra function I connected the soundbar to my TV with a single HDMI cable using the eARC and all other devices plugged into the TV for simplicity, I can add my phone to the soundbar by using Bluetooth. Any way you connect to this sound bar, the sounds are very pleasing on the ears.
