The cows do not stand up, so they are very difficult to play with. Not worth the cost.

If that doesn't solve the issue, you might want to consider taking the set back to Target for an exchange, as you most likely got a defective toy. Very cute, but the dad we got doesn’t stand which is unfortunate. I didn’t realize until my daughter started playing with them, I fully opened it. I’m going to see if we can exchange them

Hi samantajo - Thank you for sharing your experience. The legs on our Li'l Woodzeez figures are made to move/rotate, in order to help them stand. Have you tried to manipulate the legs in order to have the father figure stand? If you are unsuccessful, please do go back to Target for an exchange. My twin granddaughters each have several of the Lil Woodeez families and a cute Lil Woodeez tree house which they very much enjoy. Each of their families came with a book telling a story about that families "job" in Honeysuckle Hollow. My granddaughter, Merit, had been asking for the cow family so that her baby cow ( which came in a crib ) would have a family of its own. Unfortunately, and much to her disappointment, it turns out that the FitzMoo family does NOT come with a book and I was unable to find any references online or in the books we do have. If I could return this toy I would but because the pieces are very firmly attached ( understandably ) the packaging gets destroyed upon opening. The quality is what is expected given the price point and I have always like Battat toys but am disappointed this particular one.

It is only the families with 4 members that are packaged with a book. They have their own place right beside her big doll house. The fact that they wear clothes is so cute. The babies have diapers. We have “changed” them over and over again. My child has had hours and hours of fun playing with these. Bonus points for not needing batteries!

My daughter is 8 so, I wouldn’t give your child the smaller toys if they’re still putting stuff in their mouths lol. The family fits the house and school set along with all the other sets obviously. Great toys!
