Q: why can I not just order the house?? I would like to pick and choose what additional pieces I want ...I find it very unfair that the house which is just $49.99 is unavailable all the time to sell only this house with the extra's ....
A: I don't know, but I think the $49 one isn't worth it. I'd rather pay more and know my child won't get bored with it. I can't find accessories for sale, so we need the full set.

Q: Where do the batteries go?
A: Hi Nana. The battery compartment is located on the underside of the toy. Once the batteries have been placed, you will find the On switch on the inside of the toy on the bench under the Bay windows. The Battat Team

Q: How is this set packaged? Like in one big box or do you get the individual sets packaged so they could be divided up into separate gifts?
A: Hello. This new set is sold in one large box and the smaller sets inside are in clear bags and are not packaged as when they are purchased individually.
