Libbey Paneled Tumbler Drinking Glasses, 17 ounce, Set of 6

They do not look like in the picture. In the picture, there is top rim section that is not ribbed. The glasses that arrived do not have the top part as shown in the picture. I should have paid more attention to the reviews that were submitted- they were all part of an incentive program.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several years, I wanted to update my old glasses to something more classy and elegant and found these by Libbey, they are paneled highball glasses in 17 oz size. They come in a set of 6, which is perfect for our family of 5, soon to be 6. It is great to use and easy to wash by hand or in a dishwasher. I do wish they were 20oz, but 17 is not a deal breaker either. It's very modern, classy, and just right. Even my 10 year old loves using these when pouring flavored carbonated water in these. It is great for summer events out in the backyard or when family is visiting. They are the right size and easy to hold and are not heavy.

The ripples in the glass are in the inside of the design & give off a nice reflection, though the reflection seems to go away after filling it up. The outside of the glass is smooth & they are a bit heavy. I almost wish the ripples in the glass were on the outside to give it a slightly better grip. It's a perfect size for any tall glass & does fit a whole can of soda if using it for that. Due to the heaviness & possible slippery grip, especially if you have a cold drink that could cause condensation, I'm giving it 4 of 5 stars. These are very durable, aesthetically & well designed. I would buy these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly surprised these came perfectly intact upon arrival, I feel like whenever I order anything that’s breakable, it breaks in shipment. but not these, these are very durable. I love how thick and somewhat heavy they feel. They are also very wide, which I love. These are definitely the perfect addition, and I will be replacing my current glassware with these. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These glasses are surprisingly heavy. The glass is thick with very few imperfections. They also hold quite a bit of liquid., Now let's hope they find their way back to the kitchen when the kids are done with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my Libbey Paneled Highball Glasses. They are very sturdy and almost seem like they could survive a drop on the floor. I am not going to test that out though. I love the size of these and they seem very high-quality.

It is not flimsy glass, so no worries about it accidentally chipping or cracking if you set it down too hard. Kept my drink cold for as long as you would expect for a glass cup. Perfect for soda, iced tea, iced coffee or just plain water.

These are great for whatever water milk, juice, juice, soda you name it. I like that they’re heavy so they’re not very easy to spill. I also love that they’re 17 ounces you can actually put a complete drink in them, I’m loving my new glasses

The size of these is perfect for any kind of drink that I want. A good set of drinking glasses is always good to have for casual use or if having people over. It's working for some new glasses I would definitely recommend getting these very much worth having.

I love the grooves on the inside of the cup. It gives the glass some character. I feel like I would have preferred the grooves on the outside to make it less likely to slip out of my hand. Overall very happy with this product!
