I did need to add a little bit of salt if I'm being honest, but if you're unable to eat sodium due to a medical condition this would be a great choice. I ended up eating it as an open faced sandwich and there was plenty of filling to do so. I do wish there was a bit more artichoke but that's probably because I love the flavor of them. Honestly wish there was a little more flavor overall, but the salt really did help. The whole wheat bread was fine, usually I don't tend to like whole wheat anything, but I didn't mind it with this. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a filling frozen meal that's healthy and easy to make. #ad #paidadvertisement

I'm not really a fan of multi grain bread so, that part of the sandwich I didn't care much for. However, I did like it had 24 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber, and 31 grams of whole grain. Plus, it was really quick and easy to cook. I just put it in the microwave and it was ready to eat in a couple of minutes. These Arkwright family essentials cotton washcloths are some of the best washcloths I've ever had. They are thicker and 100% ring-spun cotton, making them absorbent and great for multipurpose uses. I've found that they work well for washing in the shower or even using them to dry my face. I also liked that they were 12*12. It made them the perfect size. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this sandwich melt from Vital Pursuit. It looks delicious on the package and full of flavor, but that's misleading. It's definitely not full of flavor at al. It's easy to cook in your air fryer, but the flavor just isn't there. It takes longer in the air fryer, but I figured it should have a nice crispy texture and the texture was still blah. There wasn't much flavor, if I didn't know what was in this by reading the package I wouldn't have known because it just was so bland. I expect healthier stuff to not be seasoned as well, but this wasn't just about seasoning, everything piece of food tasted so bland and plain it wasn't appetizing. I wouldn't try this again because to me healthy doesn't have to be flavorless or boring and this definitely is since the variety is misleading. It's good for a lazy day or a quick lunch at work. You can make it in an air fryer or microwave. The air fryer will make the bread pretty crispy and crunchy. The taste is on par with other frozen sandwiches, but it seems to be healthier than my usual brand. The spinach and chicken tastes are prominent while the artichoke is mild. It tastes pretty good, but not as good as a restaurant or homemade sandwich. I like it for what it is and would get it again. I received a free product for the purpose of my review.
