Q: Anybody out there know which of the Vital Pursuit meals are vegetarian? Specifically the cheese ingredients include 'enzymes'. Are these vegetable sources? Thanks!

    No Baking Directions?!

    3 out of 5 stars

The recipe has changed with the brand name, and while I did prefer Life Cuisine, I find the new recipe acceptable (though not quite as good). All of that said, why the heck are there no baking instructions? I owned an air fryer for all of a week before realizing it was just a small oven that vented into the house and nobody wants soggy microwave pizza. Life Cuisine had baking instructions, and the pizza came out just fine. I have baked these ones, but I am guessing at the temperature and time, which is incredibly frustrating.

It's okay. I wouldn't buy it at full price. A bit too high in calories for just cheese

    Not as good after reformulation

This reformulated pizza doesn't taste as good as the Life Cuisine version that used to be available. The sauce and cheese taste inferior. If you're desperate, this is ok, but I won't be purchasing these anymore. What a bummer. Also, why are there no oven or toaster oven instructions?

    The worst pizza ever

This is the worst pizza I have ever attempted to eat. It smelled faintly of plastic while cooking which should have been a warning. I forced myself to eat half of it so I wouldn’t waste an expensive prepared meal, but the other half went right into the trash. Absolutely disgusting.

The crust is still very soft even after air frying for 10 mins. I put in for an extra 5 mins which didn't do much else to help the actual crust. I might bake my next one instead. Taste itself was fine if you can get over soft crust. I added some veggies on mine On the fence on if I'd buy again. I like the low carb- more protein option tho

I feel as if the recipe has changed recently because the crust just stays soft and mush. It used to be able to get nice and crispy.

This was very bad. I microwaved per instructions and the crust was gross (I have eaten and enjoyed lots of other cauliflower crusts). Maybe if you use the air fryer it would be better, but I will not buy again.

    Surprisingly Good!!

At first I thought it looked rather small. And I felt it looked like it needed more cheese. But I went ahead and baked it straight on the rack in my Breville Smart Oven on Air Fry. I did grate a bit of real Parm on top, but truthfully it was that this tomato sauce and crust were outstandingly delicious! Very dense with flavor and the portion was perfect with a few veggie sides. I'm going to seriously stock up from County Market because I saw it was already selling out at Meijer. No one is paying me to write this. I just have to say I do NOT like cauliflower crust in general and this one did not taste or smell gaseous! I hope they make a family size!
