Prior brands had no effectiveness. I was having to take melatonin for sleep. With this ashwagandha, taken 2x on empty stomach, I am more relaxed and sleep well. Taking on an empty stomach absorption is a definite. 2x a day means it stays in body Just placed my 2nd order.

I haven't felt anything definite from this but my body seems to like it okay. It's hard to tell sometime when you take other supplements, but, at least, there are no problems. I'll keep on taking it. It's supposed to help increase the BDNF in your brains and my brains seem okay with it.
