I can't tell any difference while I have been taking the Life Extension Optimized Saffron pills and did not expect to. I take it to help avoid macular degeneration. I have read several articles that it can make a difference. With two brothers that have that horrible disease I'm looking for anything that will either prevent it or slow it down if I should develop it.

I rated the saffron a 2, but I should have probably rated it a 1. I was hoping to feel some hunger control, but I could tell no difference at all that I have been taking it.

Not much you can do about the price...saffron is an expensive spice and the price is within the range for this. I am wiling to pay the price because this prodect works.

I seen this supplement on a tv show, and it does what they said it would. This product is a good product for helping suppress my sugar cravings. It took a couple of days of taking it before I really noticed a difference. However it's worth it. I lost some weight and I only have been using it for 3 weeks. I will be ordering again. I only wish it came with more in the bottle for the price
