Best Ubiquinol out there... have been taking 6+ yrs... most likely what kept me alive following a massive heart attack I was unaware of... still taking, cardiologists can't figure out why I'm doing so well...Ubiquinol and vitamin C... unfortunately totally unknown to them... over the counter so no big Pharma profits... enough said...

My doctor put me on atenolol. As usual, I had a bit of an allergic reaction. After three months, he noted on my "After Exam Follow-up" notes, that I was showing signs of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). I stopped taking the atenolol and started taking this CoQ10, now every time I have the exam, he looks and looks (stethoscope) for the signs of CHF and, to date, the AEF notes no longer mention CHF.

I order this supplement to help with overall energy. CoQ10 [which declines with age] is necessary to convert the energy from food [fats & sugars] into cellular energy. The ubiquinal form of CoQ10 [in this product] appears to be better absorbed than the ubiquinone form. I understand that PQQ supports the development of new mitochondria in cells. Mitochondria are important in that they produce energy in the cell in the form of ATP. The only caution I have read is to not exceed more than 20 mg of PQQ daily. All in all, I feel this is a good product to include & cycle thru in my "energy" arsenal. I will order again.
