I took this today for the first time along with fish oil. My cousin was over and as I was taking to her I started feeling hot and my heart started to hurt as if I was having a heart attack or something but that did not last long. I took off a light weight shirt I was wearing because I felt hot , itchy and red mostly in arms chest and knees. It took about 2 hours to go away and when it did it went from feeling hot to feeling cold. Half my body was still hot while half was cold. Not for me.

Unsure about his, to me the niacin rush here is a little too Mch. First time ever Ive itched from taking niacin.

This is the real B3 that I am looking for. I also like it in capsule that I am able to open it up and take as much as I desire.

I bought this for my husband. He took 1 pill and had an allergic reaction to it. It broke him out in a red rash over his whole body.
