I ordered the 15 bottle storage unit and twice I was sent the 9 bottle storage unit. Out of three orders only one was correct. Inconsistency is not compatible with good customer service.

It takes up minimal space, and still provides sturdy support so I don't have to worry whether a small bump will knock the bottles out (as I've experienced with other racks in the past). It is a little bit plain, but it works well for me since it stays in my pantry and is not regularly seen.

It came with simple instructions and holds up very well. You can hold up to 15 bottles in the slots and too storage shelf. It looks very nice with the display shelf on the top. It does not take up much room at all and is a great addition to de-clutter your counters, cabinets, or wherever you store your wine

I use the bottom 2 rows for my go-to bottles and the top 3 slots for my special occasion wine since they are more prominently displayed. The structure is great quality and it really looks nice in my home.

This wine rack holds 9 bottles of your favorite wines. Great for your small collections you want to show off or your everyday wines. The shelves are polycarbonate, and the frame poles are real wood. It's a free-standing floor rack that's easy to assemble and no tools are needed. Its light enough to move around and the top shelf is tilted. My family and friends love it. It gave my dining room a nice up-lift and now everyone wants to put their favorite bottle on the rack. Recommended

There are no tools required because the wooden poles are screwed together between the racks. It was simple to put together and looks great. Doesn't wobble at all or tilt with the wine bottles added. Of course, we didn't have 15 wine bottles so my wife did go and purchase a few more to fill it up.

I still like the look even though I would prefer something else. The only downside is that there’s 3 spots that are automatically set upright. I’d prefer the ability to have the top shelf be flat or upright somehow. Not a huge deal, just my opinion there. It is super easy to put together. My four year old daughter and I had it together within 5 min of opening it! It’s a great place to hold my wine! Definitely better than the huge box I had my wine bottles in!

We use it as the 'ready to drink' rack and the top display shelf adds a nice touch - especially if company is over. Highly recommend if you have a small space or need something smaller to augment your current wine racks.

Assembling does not take much time and product looks nice as in pics. It holds 9 wine bottles and looks good on my shelve. The wine racks are made up of acrylic material and holds wine bottles properly. It does not take much space and declutter efficiently. I took 1 start as I found it less sturdy than I expected.

I love the clear shelves that make it easy to see what you have. The shape uses very little floor space, and it looks nice in our space.
