Great question regarding the Essential Oil Blends in our Lifelines Pen Diffuser - the Essential Oil Blend chambers are not refillable, they are designed to last a very long time, so long in fact that we anticipate you will run out of ink long before you run out of oil (which is why we include an extra ink cartridge with your pen). Q: Why one of the essential oils was empty or almost empty upon opening the box?

A: Thank you for the question! Please rest assured this variation is completely normal and your aroma experience will not be impacted in any way! All it means is that more oil in that chamber than in the others has been absorbed into the wick. Diffusion performance will be the same across the chambers and the oil will last just as long! Smells great, but as soon as I opened the box the green part of the pen melted. (See attached) and the energy oil was half empty right out of the box.

This pen is so much fun to open and smell and imagine yourself using, but in reality it's way too uncomfortable to actually write with. It literally hurts my hand within 15 seconds of writing. So I wasted ten bucks on a gimmick pen.

The pen works just fine but its a basic pen. I do like that it comes with replacement ink and a container. Would I purchase myself, probably not. But thanks anyway Influenster!

I really love the idea of incorporating scent into writing and this WORKS! I usually am not a woodsy-scent person, however somehow these scents work for me, perhaps because I love writing and something subconscious is happening, I would not be surprised! Definitely I would recommend this and be interested in buying additional pens. ALSO!!! I LOVE that it came with a glass container for air travel as well as an additional refill of ink! This is not a disposable gimmick, and I am excited for writing more with it.

There are four scents and you can choose one all or four to smell as you write. Pen writes really smooth. Only negative is that the scent is too strong.

I know many people who rave about essential oils, but honestly this product is not for me. I wasn’t able to conjure any of the four described effects by using this pen. Unfortunately I did not even find the scents to be particularly pleasant. Although the writing function of the pen as well as the oil dispensing mechanisms work perfectly, the aesthetic of the pen itself could use a little inspiration.

I always use pens at work and it’s so nice to have a little refreshing fragrance burst while I’m writing. The pen itself is a little bulky due to the scent liquid, but overall great product!
