Got one of these for my Mom who is 74 and she LOVES it. Compact and light enough she can move it around. Really helps with her joint pain, sciatic and she has lost about 20 lbs since she got it at Christmas!

My Mom is in her mid 60's and bought this mostly to combat her boredom with home exercise. (Her gyms were closed in her region due to pandemic restrictions). I chose this unit largely because of the small size & weight, & lifetime warranty. It was easy for her to get started & she has been using it for 15 minutes every day for 7 days now. What she likes / Benefits: Since she began her daily vibration sessions, we have noticed the following benefits: > Increased overall energy level. She wakes up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to move -- and she has more energy during other daily activities. > Reduction or elimination of pain & stiffness in her back & joints, & increased flexibility. > It's fun and easy, so she looks forward to her vibration sessions and finds it very easy to fit into a daily routine. This is kind of a cross between exercise & massage therapy, and can easily be done while watching t.v. > She likes the pre-programmed 15-minute routines because then she really don't have to think about controlling the unit. She just picks an option and presses start. The vibration speed is variable and will change automatically each minute. There is good documentation as to what each of the 10 different sequences offers. Things to be aware of: The unit comes with some nice extras (like mini-resistance bands) -- but no batteries for the remote control. It requires 2 AAA batteries -- so if you don't already have extra batteries on hand, you would want to add some to your cart when purchasing. She has moderate osteoporosis and that is what led me to look into a vibration platform, especially as she had to discontinue her weight resistance work when the gyms closed. The promotional material with this and similar units also refers to benefits for bone density. I am happy to report after several months of usage she is feeling great and we can’t wait to get another dexa scan
