So far, after only one week, my hip and low back pain are almost gone! I'm on it three time a day at 10 minutes each, level 1. I went to level 2 today and will keep gradually increasing the levels. Great machine! Easy to use!

In addition to other forms of exercise (yoga, walking, tai chi, etc, I use the WPB once or twice a day depending on my other commitments. I started out for the first few days at level 1 for two minutes. For the past four days, I've done levels 1, 2, and 3 for two minutes each. Today (5/24/2022), I even tried a minute at level 4. I will definitely Read more about review stating Waver Vibrating Platformincrease my time at each level as my psyche builds more trust in the platform and my physical capabilities. While on the vibrating platform, I do some stretching, shifting my weight from left to right, and even humming. Who knows, one of these fine days, the WBF may not only tone my whole bod but also help me overcome my 70+ years of shyness for singing. Yaaaayyyyyy!!!!
