Q: You have the height as 30 in. This is not true! The fireplace I received is 31 inches wide and 25 inches height. Or am I miss reading the dimensions?

This is a very easy to understand unit and straightforward on how to use it. The quartz on the side panels is absolutely beautiful and adds a nice rustic touch. The actual fire display is amazing and clear and adds a homey feeling to it. It has a good size mantel on it which I prefer for knick knacks. You can lick this unit as well so little hands can't program it. There is a hilarious feature and that's that my tv remote can turn it on and off with the volume button on my tv remote. I attached a video showing the remote issue. I love this fireplace.

The only thing I don’t like is sometimes when the actual heater is running it can be kind of loud. I’ve gotten use to it but when you turn it off it’s really noticeable that the heater is loud. I would recommend still. It’s a nice elevated space heater for the home and I love that it has a remote too

It has multiple temperature settings as well as a few different brightness settings for the logs. It’s powerful enough to heat up a large area. It’s a nice size if you can’t fit a large fireplace heater and still adds a nice design element to your home. It’s a great mix of fashion and function and it’s so much nicer than just a basic space heater.

The heat turns off once the room reaches the temperature you have it set at which is nice. Has great safety features as well to avoid any accidents. Comes with a remote as well!
