Excellent! Love the taste of the water! Super clean!

While I feel like I could give the product 5 stars based on the taste of the water alone, the product feels cheaply made and the spigot dripped constantly. We had a constant puddle (like HUGE) every time we opened the fridge. It made the product completely unusable bc the water leaked out AND made a massive mess to be cleaned every time we opened the door. I love the idea and the mission behind the company but unless they fix a crucial part of the design, it’s useless

I moved into a building that is 200 years old. It was the only apartment I could afford. The water is well water here. Came out colored with rust and smells like rotten eggs and black floaters. I didn't feel safe using it for anything especially for drinking and cooking. I started buying bottles of water but couldn't afford it and frankly was feeling guilty about all the plastic I was dumbing in the trash. My sister bought me this to help me have safe water. I was so excited to see how well it worked. The water comes out crystal clear and the smell is gone and it tastes like clean water. Now I feel safe drinking my water and cooking with it. Thank you so much 🙏. I now understand the good work that life straw does around the world! I feel it now on a personal level. If I didn't have the opportunity to buy bottled water we would have gotten sick. I will never take clean water for granted again.

I love lifestraw and I haven’t had an issue before any product I’ve bought. I had the 7 cup pitcher and got tired of constantly refilling, so I bought this unit. There is a slight leak from the tap, it drips constantly, I found that out the hard way when I slipped on the puddle of water it created. Since I’ve had to put a towel under the dispenser and I guess it’s okay…I would imagine they wouldn’t take back the product since I opened it. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but the constant leaking is getting annoying.

I bought so I felt safe drinking water from the fresh water tank of my camper van. The bottom is not helpful for Velcro-ing down so I opted to bungee to a stand and Velcro the stand down. It would be awesome if you sold a stand/attachment that made it easier to strap down in a van galley. Thanks!

Great product, beautiful shape, and I can definitely taste the difference in the water.

Had my water filter for about a week. It takes my off-color water and turns it clear. The wisteria color is beautiful and the whole filter seems well-made. Now I just need another one so I can have one on my counter and one in my fridge.

LOVE the flavor of the water. Best filter I have ever used! Wish the item could sit higher up like your larger one that has the bamboo stand - hard to get a full size glass underneath of it on my counter. REALLY hard to turn the once a year filter - not sure I am doing it correctly. I love the color, I love the design, I love the taste, I love what I am NOT getting in my water, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that you give clean water to someone that does not have access to it with every purchase. I am so happy with mine. I am just going to get a 2x4 to sit it on so I can get a glass under it. Thrilled, and got it on sale to boot :) Thank you!

Although I can't taste a difference, it is so refreshing to know that I am drinking cleaner, safer water.

I like having confidence that my water is safe to drink. I also enjoyed the portability of my dispenser. We took it to the beach with us. I like the product a lot.

I love this dispenser and the reservoir for filling is wide and easily accessible. It filters much quicker than my glass pitcher from Life Straw. We are on a well and I feel safer knowing the water is being filtered by the trusted system of Life Straw. My only complaint would be the spout collects a tiny bit of water and will occasionally drip.

Love the pitcher design. Very light and compact and fits in the refrigerator perfectly. The only slight issue is that the spout tends to leak a little so water pools slightly directly under the pitcher.

Easy to assemble and fits perfectly in fridge. I have piece of mind after back to back Hurricane in florida that the water I drink is free of contaminants.

This is the first LifeStraw product I have purchased. I selected this product, because it was the only one that would fit in my refrigerator. I like it very much and hope it lasts a long time. It is very sturdy and easy to use. Water is life, Richard

I love my new life, straw home dispenser. My only concern is where it dispenses from might start leaking after several uses. I hope not, but we will see. So far I love it and yes, I would recommend it.

The filter itself is great, but immediately after I ordered about three years worth of filters and membranes, they went on sale. Very disheartening.

It’s the best purchase I have made this year. We have never tasted such clean, pure water in our lives. My family is raving about the ease of filling up their water bottles, and I love that I didn’t have to remove the unit to refill. We will be customers for life!

I’ve been using this water filter for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! Setup was super easy, and my water tastes fantastic. It filters more slowly than other systems I’ve used before, but it’s also a more complex and thorough system. And I’m happy to trade a little time for cleaner water.
