Wish I had listen to reviews on it leaking. Mine leaks everywhere.

I love this water filter for its design and capacity, but like some other reviewers, my tank has begun leaking. At first I thought it might have been condensation buildup from the bottom of the tank because I kept it in the fridge, so I bought a little mat and had to soak up the water from it, but it’s definitely a leak and it’s gotten worse. I’m so sad because I’ve only had it for about two months and the water tastes great.

Geat capacity. Easy to use. Water tastes great and no more plastic bottles. Awesome product.

I love the water dispenser it was easy to assemble and the directions were easy to follow. The water tastes good. No more lugging heavy jugs

The first filter sent was cracked but I made a claim and they replaced it. I wish the plastic was of better quality but the filter works well.

We wanted an option for our RV that would sit on the counter, so it needed to look good and fit on the counter without overwhelming it. This is perfect and meets all our needs.

it works great and looks beautiful on my counter in its wooden stand! I love having the large amount of great tasting water available for cooking, drinking and making cofee or tea. I was using the pitcher before and it was also great; this addition means fewer fill ups!!

Leaks from where the dispenser attaches to the rest of the container. It leaks so bad that I have to keep a cup underneath it. I can only keep it about one batch in it because the fuller it is the more it leaks. All the reviews also say this so I should have just trusted it, but my understanding was that it leaks a couple drops after dispensing water, but that is not the case.

Unfortunately no matter what I do it leaks. Water tastes great but from what I can tell I think it will leak even if I get a replacement, it’s just how these things go. Love it regardless 👍

I love the filters, this is the first filter I have used that has been able to improve the awful taste of the chloramine and swamp taste in the Brevard County water. I am disappointed that after only a few months, the o-ring around the internal base has worn out and the cover for the filter will not stay on and just floats on the inside. It looks bad and is no longer functional. For the price of this product, I expected much better quality and longevity.

The water tastes great but the container leaks constantly. There is a drip from where the spout meets the reservoir. Very faulty design.

Upgraded from the smaller version. Love this product.

There was a little leakage at first from the spout, but as soon as we started using it more, that stopped and it’s been great ever since. The water is phenomenal, and has everyone in the home drinking much more of it.

Unfortunately this makes no difference to the taste in our water and now it is leaking constantly.

Absolutely love my Lifestraw dispenser! Water tastes great. Easy to assemble and change or clean filters. Would highly recommend!

Nobody wants room temp water. Every major filter dispenser design is made to accommodate inside a fridge, except life straw dispensers. The shortest being nearly 12 inches tall wouldn’t fit on any except for the absolute largest of fridge shelves. They should be shorter, wider, and longer so that they accommodate a fridge. Most fridge shelves are 10” spaced or less.

The quality of the filters are incredible, and I’m happy with the aesthetics and all other lifestraw products. I don’t know what happens with this model though, I bought one in November that leaked, and another one was sent. This is the replacement, and it leaks less (one drip instead of two), but it still drips. I have tried wiggling the faucet to see if I could adjust it in any way to stop the drip, but there’s no change after a few weeks of usage and trial and error. I’m still a committed fan of products from the company, but I do recommend more follow up to determine what design adjustments could be made to avoid drips. I decided to set my replacement up in a way so that it drips into my cat’s water bowl from the kitchen counter, so we’re working with the drip. Other than that, I think it’s a great product. Incredible engineering brought us this phenomenal water filter, I’m sure there are tweaks that can be made to avoid dripping from the spout ❤️

I was super excited to get this, expectations for were high!! Within the first day of filling it up, it leaked everywhere. Had to untighten and retighten it back up because it came faulty. Lost one star there. The water tasted amazing on the first fill up. After that it’s like any other filter. Lost another star there. The fact I paid so much money and it’s like a regular cheap Brita that I previously own that’s why I gave it 3 stars. Over priced for something that a Brita does and I had to fix the issues when I never had that problem with a cheap Brita. Don’t waste your money on this. I’m only keeping it because they said it will help a child.

This is amazing, especially with the stand. Just wish it was glass.
