Flavor is excellent and always bought light and fit as it's delicious and low fat yummy! This flavor topping is good and probably awesome mixed in for those who do like that texture.

After trying this specific brand and flavor for the first time, I feel like I wouldn’t be able to eat yogurts like these everyday because they don’t provide me with enough nutrients I need to reach my goals. It is something I would grab here and there as a treat on the go. I prefer my food with natural ingredients, but I would recommend this to anyone starting on their health journey!

Although this is not.my favorite flavor profile i still decided to give it a try and I was surprised, it was good. I only wish the yogurt was more tart like the Greek yogurt I'm accustomed to bit overall not bad.
