This is exactly what I was looking for! Living in south Florida, we wanted something lightweight for the extra hot summer months but not too thin either. The 100% cotton shell makes this blanket so perfect to keep us warm and cool at the same time. We bought a polyester one previous to this and the difference is night and day. It didn't have a lot of reviews before I bought it, which made me nervous, but I'm so glad I got it! Very happy. It's also a bit oversized in case you have a thicker mattress or California King. Buy it!

Great for keeping warm in winter! My friend loves this lightweight, machine washable duvet comforter. It's thin but super cozy, no need for extra blankets. Good buy the price.

I bought this duvet insert because it was the closest in size to our cover. It was hard to find the right size. I previously purchased the medium weight version, but quickly learned that was too warm for us. This lightweight option is perfect for us so far. We do sleep with our own cozy blankets, but I don’t ever feel too warm in this lightweight comforter. We keep our house at 68 and our ceiling fan runs. It’s very comfortable. I’ve also had to wash the duvet because we have cats who have thrown up on it a few times. The first time I took it to the dry cleaner for them to wash, the second time I just spot cleaned the section and dried it with my hair dryer. I also love that the duvet has the corners that allow you to tie the cover down so it doesn’t move around.
