I love the look of the this chair and it appears to be quality construction. The look of the chair is just like the picture and is similar in look to a chair we got from another store that cost more. This chair is VERY firm. It is clearly a dense and heavy foam used for the seat, but it isn't comfortable as it is. I got the chair for a great price, and I'm hoping it will break in and become more comfortable, but the design of the chair for comfort could be improved.
