These aren’t room darkening at all. Let light through pretty much like room Lightening curtains.

Completely BLOCK harsh WESTERN sun without darkening the room. The curtains (in beige) are lit from behind. Genius. I'm sure the thermal fleece lining (in white) will lower my energy bill in the winter and the summer. Sorry I lived here 6 years without them! In person, the curtains are more light-weight and drape more casual-looking than in the picture.

These do NOT darken the room. It is going to end up being replaced

you really get what you pay for, as the color says beige , but they are beige and white blocks, very light. They are definitely not light blocking. These panels don't match my other beige panels. The backing is white felt aka polyester.

Not Textured. The Description Indicated It Was Textured But It Has A Design. I Was Looking For A Linen Look And This Was Not It. I Will Be Returning It

Purchased these curtain panels in the light gray and love them! Love that they used a nickel grommet, perfect color with the gray. The curtains hang beautifully, the backing is white almost flannel. Ordered 3 panels to adequately cover a slider. Looking forward to some extra warmth, along with a warm cozy feeling to a downstairs Family Room that tends to feel chilly in the winter months!

The Print on them is so much larger than pictured. I ordered grey but when the sun hits they’re SOOO blue.

I specifically bought these curtains in beige because they were listed as being "room darkening". These are NOT room darkening whatsoever! The description of this item clearly states that it is "room darkening" and I chose these curtains specifically for this purpose. However, after putting them up, I am still getting a significant amount of light in the evenings from our security lights. The curtains are hanging over CLOSED blinds in addition to the curtain itself and there is still a significant amount of light shining through. So, even with the closed blinds AND the layer of the curtains, I am still getting a glow of light into the room. These were not "room darkening" in the slightest.

Description should be rewritten. The only thing true is they have a grommet top. These were not solid grey, there is a tiny white GEO pattern on them. Also material is very thin and light filters through. These are dollar store quality and I discourage anyone from buying these curtain panels.

Living in Texas, it is crucial that we keep our AC bill low during our very hot and long winters. I so appreciate the usefulness of protecting our windows from drafts and keeping our rooms cooler. I used these curtains in our bedroom, as the soft texture and cool tones go perfectly with my wall color and bedding. I'm looking forward to having these up through the winter as well to keep my bedroom nice and cozy. Great heavy quality but they don't appear to look soo heavy!

They are perfect for a bedroom. The neutral grey shade is great for most areas. Can't wait until it gets colder to check out the insulation. The backside fleece is soft and looks nearly like a blanket.

I like the fact that they are room darkening but aren't heavy. They hang from a curtain rod with perfect pleats. I love the pattern too, simple yet elegant.

Sometimes tooooo long. They keep All the light out and even help keep the room cooler, we love them!

They are blackout, so it keeps the sun and the heat out as well. They are perfect for the room in the front of our house, which is the hottest because the windows in that room is where the sun hits the most. The stitching looks great and the material is very high quality. I am very happy with these, and am looking to purchase more for our home.

We put them in the guest bedroom as this is where I usually go when my migraines hit and I need the room I'm in to be dark. Not only do these curtains look stunning when hung up, but they are true darkening curtains. As an added bonus, they are fleece insulated which is a lifesaver in Florida. I can either keep the heat out, helping control our AC costs or I can keep the cold out, now keeping our heating bill down. They are also very soft to the touch, easy moveable/manageable yet hold a nice weight and really can turn any room in to a cozy yet classy feel.

This darkening curtain works great, the light is blocked just enough to enjoy a nice nap without all the light. This is the first week we started turning the heat, and I do believe this curtain is helping in keeping the warm air in the room, this is great because helps with power efficiency. The noise reduction part is a part of it that I can’t really have an opinion since we live in a very quiet area, but I do believe that because of the components of it it should help in this area. Love how light this curtain is, so easy to install. The pattern is beautiful and the grey looks very nice, it goes great with the colors on my wall. Make sure to read instructions on how to wash, very easy actually. We really like this curtains and we will for sure recommend it.
