A: Unfortunately, no, you cannot make changes to the size at home due to the mechanism in the headrail. We will make those changes for you when you place your order and send us a note. Q: Can you mount this on the window frame? There is no room above. If so, do you need to use side mounting clips or can you use middle clips on the window fram along the width to support the blinds?

The assembly was tricky. There were many plastic pieces that fit rather snuggly and you weren’t really sure how hard you could press on the pieces before they broke.
