Bought this matress in 2/2024. Matress nver expanded to 10 inches, maybe 7 inches, some areas higher, some areas lower. There is sagging in the middle of the mattress. I finally contacted LinenSpa 2-3 months ago, took them a long time to respond. I sent pictures, and realized my tag on the matress was11/2022, so it was sitting in the box for over a year before i got it. They sent me a replacement that 2 years old in the box 12/2022 as a replacment. I asked them if they really think that the matress is gonna expand at this point and this is a copy paste of the answer "We are unable to promise or guarantee that you won't have an issue in the future with the mattress" ... That is the worst answer I ever seen from customer service, and I told them that. I do NOT recommend this brand, they are sending old product. Im very dissapointed in the purchase , its a waste of funds and time.

My son loves his big kid bed. The mattress seems fine for a 30lb three year old. Not sure how it would do with an adult sleeping on it night after night but for the price and our purposes, it’s a good buy!

One option would be to massage the problem corner. You could also apply heat to the corner by using a hair dryer about 5-6 inches away. Bought twice and didn’t expand either time! We opened immediately upon receiving, left it in an empty room and after a week was still saggy and only about 7 inches tall. we thought the first was a fluke and tried again, fooled me twice :(

Very disappointed. Mattress does not spring up as describe and shown on picture. The ends \ corners do not fully inflate. Mattress is much too springy. Not a good purchase I bought 3. 2 twin, one 8 inches, one 10 inches and one 10 inches full size. I experienced the same on all 3 mattresses.

Read some earlier reviews and was hopeful, but sadly the mattress barely decompressed after initial opening (waited over 48 hours). The mattress has loads of stitching errors and the bottom spring section is sad.

I purchased a 10" mattress. After 48 hrs of "expanding", it's still not over 7", and the mattress slumps/dips in the middle. It looks NOTHING like the pictures on your advertisement at all. I don't know what to do with it, since I already opened it. How am I going to get this returned or replaced? Please provide a reasonable solution!

Comfortable mattress at a great price. Delivery is nice in easy..it comes rolled up tightly in thick plastic to make it easy to carry. I got the queen size mattress up 3 flights of stairs by myself. When taken out of the plastic it quickly forms to its full size .
