If you’re not a fan of grape then I wouldn’t get this flavor. Other wise this product is amazing. I love it. It can be a little strong if not shaken well. Use this for when I know I have a hard day ahead.

If you haven’t used Liquid IV for travel for just days you feel like you need energy (a lot of cases you just need more water), at least try it. This has helped with long car rides and even little sleep days (better than a ton of caffeine). Also, this is an awesome flavor!

I’ve tried a variety of rehydration solutions and this is by far the worst. It’s like drinking liquid pixie stick. A hummingbird would be offended by the sugar levels. Even adding a large amount of lemon did not cut the sugar. My tongue felt coated after. Gross.

My daughter and I both have POTS and have to increase our fluid intake. The cardiologist recommended Liquid IV over PowerAde or GatorAde. Only problem is the flavors! They are SO STRONG. Mixed as instructed on the packets, it’s too much for me. I dilute it by 1/3-1/2. The Açaí flavor is okay but not our favorite. Passion fruit is much better.

I have always like the Liquid IV products, but I just don't like this flavor. I usually like berry flavors, but this tastes more like a fruit punch. It's not bad enough to throw them away, but I probably won't buy this flavor again. Otherwise it does what it's supposed to and I take it with me to work out, so I gave it 4 stars.

After a few bouts of dehydration, I tried Liquid I.V. on the recommendation of an EMT. They are very effective! After drinking one packet I really do feel like I've had several glasses of water. The taste is good, too. The only thing I'd warn people about is how salty they are. I understand that's what makes them effective, but if you're watching your sodium intake it's something to be aware of.

Taste is good but check the label its first ingredient is sugar! 11 g of added sugar compared to 1g in another more affordable hydration product target offers. Is it really worth the extra money?
