They have a very strong grapefruit flavor & after drinking them we feel very hydrated. They also mix really easily- many drink packets need mixed with warm water first, these definitely don’t need that. My husband loves grapefruit so these are his favorite & my 2.5 year old daughter loves sipping them as well!

I like the grapefruit flavor; however it is very strong so if you are not a big grapefruit fan this one probably is not the right flavor for you. The packages is nice, I find the pouches to be more durable than other brands which is great because I always have Liquid IV on me (always in my purse). I highly recommend Liquid IV

At first I thought it was orange but then when I poured it into the bottle and saw that it was clear I was really happy about that then as I tasted it, I could get that bitter after taste grapefruit and I like that as well because I didn’t want it super sweet. Upon drinking it it was very good. I like the taste. I haven’t used it long enough to see how the hydration is but so far it seems like it’s really good. I would buy this again.

I love the grapefruit taste, it is not too sweet or sour and not at all artificial tasting. The individual sticks make taking on the go very easy. So it has been a good reason to look for ways to stay hydrated, and I've tried many options . This time, it was the Liquid IV with the grapefruit flavor since I ike grapefruit The box comes with 6 packets, and I think all is recyclable, so that is a plus. Then, each pocket is easy to open, and it dissolves quickly in water. I also like the packets since I can take them in my gym bag to use the next day or in the evening when I need it at the gym, I can even take it with me on my backpack to use when needed. As for the grapefruit flavor, it does taste similar to it without being too sweet or bitter, and it does have a natural flavor. It also goes down smoothly, I will try the other flavors, and I like the grapefruit flavor so far. A good reason why I chose to try this brand is because it has 8 essential vitamins and nutrients, so it is a combination of them plus being hydrated. So I really like that. After a good workout, hike, or just being active, I have enjoyed its benefits. I also like that this product is vegan, diary free, gluten-free, and non GMO. Overall, Liquid IV's Grapefruit Flavor Hydration not only does it hydrate me, it offers nutrients that I need after a good workout. Lastly, I like it because it does not have caffeine. It contains vitamin B that helps me on the go.
