Absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this in a soup i made and it works great with nice taste. Plan on experimenting to see if it will work in fresh cucumbers tomato salad. Will try in just a small amount of vinegar oil mix if this works it will be a game changer as often the rest of red onion I use for this goes bad

There are so many to choose from and they are better than regular herbs, in my opinion. The color is spot on and I will be purchasing this product again. The product smells fresh. You can not tell that it is dry when you use it in food. The quality is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Litehouse has many varieties of dried herbs. I wanted to try many of them. But I picked red onions. I used it on ramen noodle and soup. And it was good addition as topping. I ate it directly too and it was little sweet and flavorful. I’d love to try other herbs too.

The product also had a good color to it and I used it in my cooking with great flavor! It’s a great backup for when I don’t have the fresh ingredients on hand

I love the convenience of just shaking them out of the container, they last longer than a freshly cut red onion and yet have as much flavor. This was a hit with my whole family and the possibilities for use are endless. A new favorite, but I only wish they weren't so expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed that the herbs look like after I prep them for cooking...the colors are vivid, the pieces are how you would use the ingredients, minced size garlic and ginger, small chopped red onion, stripped thyme, etc., they do not appear dull or colorless like other herb brands. Not having to chop, strip or mince herbs was a huge time saver and interestingly the freeze dried herbs seem to incorporate well into dishes. I also love the variety of flavors, things like red onion and chives. I have difficulty using a full red onion when it's fresh so I particularly appreciated this flavor and opted to try it but i did struggle with the decision as thwre were so many great options. I added to stor fry and it was goos but was equally excired to see it incorporated well into my tuna melt, so I am thrilled to have this as an option when I can't find red onions or just need a little amount. I have got ro get the garlic one next, cleaning the garlic press is such a pain!

Chopping onions can be a hassel, so this pantry item would make quick work of flavoring a stew or a stir fry. I used it in my slow cooker when making pulled pork. It rehydrated nicely in the natural juices of the meat. For family members who are not big onion fans, this is a great way to impart flavor without having large chucks of onions visible in the dish.
