Loved it but stopped working after a month! New batteries did not help. I had to buy a new one

Purchased these for two of my daughters as they saw them on a commercial and wanted them. They absolutely love these and take them everywhere with them. So cute and worth the price.

Daughter loved it. It’s a simple toy, she liked you can put the monkeys thumb in its mouth and it’ll suck. And if you tickle its belly it laughs

My granddaughter loves this toy. She named it Carmen and just plays with Carmen all the time. This was such a great gift.

Cute little monkey, almost too cute, except, as daughter points out, this monkey comes with no tail.

Toddler loves this monkey, it’s just as described, very cute and fun toy for kids.

This is the second monkey I’ve gotten since Christmas and my daughter has had this one only a week and it already quit working again. We’ve replaced the batteries and it won’t make any noise.

I bought 2 of these for my 2 g children for Xmas. They are 2 and 4 years old and they absolutely love their little pets. The sucking noise as they are given their bottle is sweet. I would definitely buy again.

So cute but... the box says monkey says 50 things including sounds, actually the only things it does is make coo sounds, giggles and thumb sucking sounds that's it. So disappointed in it not saying anything besides the giggles.

My daughter absolutely loves this toy, but my biggest issue is the back of him won’t stay closed the Velcro is too short and the batter pack is always exposed and I don’t love that for my young child. It’s also uncomfortable when she’s holding the monkey cause the battery pack is falling out, because it won’t stay closed. Over all everything else she’s obsessed with, and hasn’t left her side since Xmas morning

This monkey is absolutely adorable! All of my kids (ages 8-10) love him and take turns caring for him. He is very fun to interact with. Only con is that the paint inside the mouth started to come off immediately upon sucking on the bottle or thumb.

This is for whoever worked at this location and thought to tell the person picking up my order I got it wrong.. no.. I picked a puppy.. and got a monkey.. and that May seam crazy.. but to my 5 year old niece and the item being $50 and around $25 in fees.. I didn’t want to come home to a monkey.. that wasn’t what I wanted.. the person who picked it up wrote the kindest note saying the item was marked wrong and that is what the target worker said.. it was not since I picked it from the site.. so that is unfair for that person and I hold all accountability to whoever works at target for allowing an item they didn’t have.. to be swapped for something that was not selected. Now I have to waist my time to go to the store and return the item.

My daughter received this for Christmas and it was her favorite gift. ❤️❤️

So fun- it interacts so much with you! It’s very adorable. A bit hard to get it to suck properly at times but niece loved it especially its laugh

Item is cute but could be better quality. The paint from the mouth is already coming off and hairs keep coming off even though we just opened it Christmas Day. Also the sucking motion and tickling sounds don’t always work and you have to work with it .

Bought this for my toddler boy because he loves monkeys and he loves babies. Unfortunately the monkey only says Mama which is super annoying since to me an animal line should be geared to both boys and girls.

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas. Thanks to Target Pickup failing to put the item in a bag when I asked for a bag, my daughter saw the monkey coming across the parking lot, so we ended up making it an early gift. Overall, the monkey is super cute and very soft and cuddly. The hands and feet can grip and hang, and he does have the many audible reactions. The voice volume is not too loud and the voice tone is good. The reactions are very cute (including a toot!). HOWEVER, there's a pretty big detractor -- every time the mouth moves (which is with nearly every vocalization), the toy's head makes a very loud and distinct machine whirring/vibrating sound. It is super noticable and very weird, contrasting with the cute voice. Sometimes the whirring of the mechanism drowns out the sound and my kiddo can't always tell what reaction is being given. This is a pretty major issue -- it's really distracting and takes the whole experience of the toy down quite a bit. If the machinery were quieter, this toy would be an absolute home run! Unfortunately the whirring is incredibly intrusive to the experience overall. My kiddo is on the other side of our large living room right now and I can hear the whirring noise more than the vocal sounds. Such a bummer.
