These thermopads are an absolute godsend! I had a clogged duct in my right breast and after one use I IMMEDIATELY felt so much better. You simply put it in the microwave for about 20-25 seconds and you have at least 15 minutes of relief. It also helps with your letdown right before you pump. I haven't used it cold yet (only because my preference is heat) but I'm sure it's wonderful as well. I would give it one hundred stars if I could! You will certainly not regret this purchase!

These breast pads are amazing! They cause instant relief and really do help. I love that they come with the cover. Right now I'm close to my due date and am experiencing some pain, so I'm using them cool but did do a test warming them a bit to see if it would help with engorgement and they kept the heat in.

I used these with my first born and bought them again with my second. These work great, especially when you are in that engorged state! Hot or cold, any way you use them they are a must have for breastfeeding and pumping moms! I have yet to use them around my breast pump flange, they do fit around them with no issue. I use the spectra s2 breast pum

I would definitely recommend this product to all nursing mothers. Doing hot and cold compress during breastfeeding has never been this easy and convenient. I love how it provides 360° coverage around my breasts with its design. Great product!

Must have for new moms. Works well as a heating pad- and very comfortable as a cold/ice pack. The fabric covers wash well. Very helpful, and well worth the price.

Love these breast head pads. They heat up really quickly so be careful when heating them in the microwave (>30 seconds if you're doing both - but you should really test your microwave heat in smaller intervals until you find the right timing/setting). These head pads feel good and last a pretty long (20+ min). When I had an issue with the order, the seller responded right away and resolved the issue.

I just had my baby three weeks ago and this product has been amazing to my incredibly sore beasts. The gel beaded pads come with a soft cover which is nice so the packs are not too cold and uncomfortable. You can also snap the circle closed in order for the ice packs to stay on without having to hold them.

Nursing my second little one, who just turned 7 months and is cutting two teeth! I wish I had splurged on these ice/heat packs sooner. . . they are a lifesaver! The pads are nice and cool, but still pliable when frozen, which gives my breasts a very nice cool relief after nursing (with biting :( ). Highly recommend - this is a must have for any nursing mother!

Love these pads. I exclusively pump and have used them cold for my sore days. Would be great for breast feeding and pumping moms and they are shaped so much better than the standard ice pack for just this use.
