Little Tikes Dirt Digger Garbage Scoot

I purchased this for my home daycare and the kids just love it. It’s a favorite among them all. The only complaint I have is that the garage pail comes all the way down and when the kids push off, their feet kick it. I’m afraid they might hit it hard with their feet and break it off. I wish it didn’t come all the way down to the floor. But overall, it’s a great & fun ride on.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas he loved it. He puts all his toys in the back and under the seat. I didn’t get many pictures of him riding it but here is one where he is opening it.

I bought this for my 2 & 1/2 year old grandson who is obsessed with garbage trucks and also likes to manually work (doesn’t like motorized cars to sit and drive in). He loves it so much, and the other kids (a 6 year old and 3 1/2 year old) also loved it more than any other toy received on Christmas morning! I ended up buying another one for my granddaughter!

Great toy for toddlers! We gave this as a birthday present to our 2 year old and our 3.5 year old also loves it. It does not make any obnoxious sounds. The little garbage can attachment provides endless fun!

Cute truck, easy to ride. My tall 2 year old fits on it well. Cons- the trash can on the track is really hard to lift. The plastic makes it impossible to lift seamlessly. Frustrating for my toddler. Horn barely beeps like a baby teether. Expected more for the price.

I wasn't sure id he would like this toy but I was proven wrong. My son is on this toy right after breakfast until nap time. He has been “scooting” around on the garbage truck and picking up anything he finds laying around. Has a working horn and the little garbage can on the side is just the cutest thing to make it real. Has storage under the seat and the back opens to empty the trash out. The little garbage can you can move it up and down and pretend to dump it. So much fun for him !

The seat flips up for storage and it has a working garbage scoot for extra fun. And can't forget the working horn that will be every kids favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My two-year-old grandson liked sitting on this and scooting himself around. It has a little horn that he liked to beep. The arm with the scooping mechanism that holds the black bucket did not move easily so he ended up not messing with it. Also if you put the little black bucket in the hole upside down it takes an act of Congress getting it out. So I recommend it as far as the child riding on but the actual features of scooping the bucket in and out if not toddler friendly

We had some friends over and my friends 1 year old and my 3 year old had a blast with it! The seat lifts up for storage, so they all packed it full of snacks and then put additional snacks in the garbage bin to dump into the back of the truck. The garbage bin easily snaps in to place but we did have problems with it coming off sometimes when the kids were being a little too rough trying to dump it in to the truck. My 3 year old is very big but he was easily able to ride around on it and absolutely loved it! Lots of fun for the truck obsessed kids!

We love the garbage can that you can move up the side to dump into the back of the truck. It’s nice because of all the toys he has stuck in the back of the truck we don’t have to worry about them not being able to come out. There is a door on the back that opens up to remove the items from the back. It really is a great size ride on toy that he will be able to enjoy for the next couple of years. It’s great quality so it will be able to be passed along to our next child. Totally worth buying your kids won’t be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy feels very sturdy. The seat lifts up for storage which is great. My kids love to store little treasures in there. The garbage bin dumps into the back and then you can open the tailgate to empty the back. The only downside is the garbage can is supposed to be removable, but it is very difficult to remove at first. So I had to help my kids remove it the first few times. My kids 5 and 2 years old love this toy. Over all, I would highly recommend this toy and can see it lasting for many years.

It’s the perfect size for my 2 and 4 year old to play on and they love going around the house and cleaning up messes by putting them in the garbage can that hangs off the side and then sliding it up into the big garbage compartment. It’s well made and a nice cheery green. Cute sticker decals and horn make it that much more fun for them. Super easy and fast to put together - just add the little garbage can to the side.

He has been “scooting” around on the garbage truck and picking up anything he finds laying around, mostly his toys, to place in his garbage truck. From a parents perspective the only noise maker is the horn which isn’t super loud and no batteries required.

The only assembly was to put the bin on, which was very easy and required no tools. It just goes into the slots and it is there. Little one gets lots of exercise pushing with her feet to walk this toy around the house. We love the excitement this brings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2.5 year old son loves the Garbage Scoot. He immediately took to it and asked to play with it again and again. He can take awhile to warm up to new toys, so it was so nice to see him love something so quickly! He thinks the trash bin that moves and can empty into the back of the truck is very cool. He fills it up with magnets and other little toys. Then the back of the truck opens up to get the items out. He also loves the horn and the seat that flips up to put more treasures into. He is using it indoors right now, but when the weather warms up we plan to take it outside as well. A plus from my end, there was no assembly required with this toy and no stickers to apply. All I had to do was pop on the trash bin that is stored in the seat (the trash bin comes on and off for storage if you'd like). The last ride on toy that we got required so much effort to put together, this was a very welcome relief. I highly recommend it.

He really loves driving it around the house and honking the little horn on it. His older sister joins in on the fun and has been obsessed with it ever since we got it. I’m very happy with this product and recommend it for any young child.
