Large container but small product size. Not worth the price even if the ingredients are high quality. For the money you can buy a mixed fresh fruit bowl for your smoothie that costs less and tastes better. But in a pinch, use this.

These smoothie cups are super convenient. Taking the guess work out of what to add and how much, you just add milk of choice or water to blend! You can customize if you want by adding supplement powders or top with granola. I really enjoyed the different flavors.

I'm a big fan of green smoothies, but they can easily taste pretty bitter, but I love this one! And it yields way more than I thought it would. Definitely two servings. I'll gladly buy this again! Plus, I think its so fun that the container has a straw hole so you can sip right out of the cup and feel like you just went to a cute little smoothie shop right from home.
