Local honey from different parts of the country is simply great. I have ordered 12 different bottles of various flavors from different US regions. The different honey I have received has tasted AMAZING!! This is a fabulous product! But Target shipping has been TERRIBLE. Of the 12 different bottles ordered over two different orders, 8 of them have had damaged tops. The boxes all look fine overall but the bottles inside are packed terribly. Extremely oversized boxes. Large air cushions to hold them in place but the boxes are too big. Come on Target, allow your people the resources to package items correctly. So they arrive in good condition.

I've tried this honey on cereal, in blueberry tea and on toast. Wow, what a treat. I usually eat a lighter color honey, but I wanted to try something new. I was not disappointed. My grandson likes to cook, so I told him I would share it with him.

This honey is elite! I’ve tried many different brands. I like to enjoy my honey in my coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit… you name it. This one hits the spots. The best part is that it is pure ingredients and does not crystallize over time.

Really good honey. It's so easy so squeeze out. I hate it when I have to put so much force into squeezing honey out. It made all my teas extra yummy

I have really enjoyed the NorCal Local Hive honey. I am used to buying basic store versions so I was pleasantly surprised to find a thinner but bolder-flavored honey. It has a sweet taste with hints of citrus and flower. Like a wine, it clearly has a seasonal and regional flavor that will be distinct in each batch. It elevated my tea when I needed a hit of sweetness and made quick treats a tasty breeze. I've heard that locally harvested honey can also help with local allergies. I am looking forward to these benefits as Spring slowly awakens. All around it is a great honey and I look forward to trying ones for my region of SoCal as well.
Would definitely buy again

I was beyond excited to try out this since I'm a fan of raw honey. Typically raw honey is expensive and can be hard to find only being in health food stores. This brand surprised me with the affordability, availability, and taste! I love how it is made in the US and supporting local farmers. The variety of this brand is insane. I tried the NorCal honey and there are subtle but unique flavors that shine through. It is delicious and easy to spread in the squeezable bottle. My new go to. Thanks!

Local Hive Nor Cal Honey is the best honey I've ever tasted. It's pure, unfiltered, rich, and has beautiful floral notes. I've used this honey in my cooking and in place of processed sugar. It adds a depth of flavor that will stand out in any recipe. I've used it in mixed drinks as well. My favorite being a Hot Toddy. So, if you're looking for a versatile delicious to processed white sugar, look no farther than Local Hive Nor Cal Honey. It's the best!!

The best local honey you can buy at your grocer! I try so hard to buy honey locally to combat the seasonal allergies I get, so it's made from the flowers and clovers that are grown here. I love that. The flavor is delicious and the consistency is perfection. I think some get a little bit hard to get out of the tube but not this! I will be buying again

This honey is definitely sweet with some fruity notes to it. It's a step above traditional store brand honey, but that comes at a cost. This would not be something to use in a recipe full of other flavored, but more as a topping to your toast or cereals. Let the flavor shine and do not have it blend together with too many others.

I normally buy honey that I don't know the origin of, I never even knew there was a company out there that made honey from all over the US! I'm all about saving the bees and the importance of bees in our agriculture so I was pleasantly surprised that Local Hive supports beekeepers and bee protection and preservation. Local Hive's core values resonate with me a lot and I enjoyed their Nor Cal honey variety. It's crazy to think their different varietals have different colors and flavors. As for the honey itself, it went well with the matcha latte that I made. Next time, I'll try it on some plain Greek yogurt to have a better grasp of the subtle notes it has. I will definitely recommend Local Hive to my friends and family as it is a great brand to support and also has some darn good honey.
Really Good Honey.

Me and my kids love eating honey on bread as a snack. They absolutely loved the flavor of Local Hive Nor Cal honey. It's great on bread for a snack and in a biscuit. My kids even use it with fried chicken now. The entire bottle didn't last 2 weeks at my house! My kids and myself usually take about a month or so to finish a bottle of honey but this stuff is by far the best that we have tried in quite some time.

I absolutely loved this honey! The first taste instantly reminded me of roadside farm stands and buying honey sticks as a child. You can truly tell the honey came from regionally local farms.
