This used the be the BEST shampoo and conditioner. Better than the big name, expensive products I was using. Why would you change it?! It’s like you added fillers. Bring it back. This is horrible. You added three ingredients and probably decrease the ratio of the others.

Was the formula changed on this product? I've been using it for years and loved it but I just got a new bottle. It's much harder to lather, feels like straw after I rinse out the shampoo, and my hair has been frizzy.

I’ve been coloring the underside of my hair blue for two years now. With the old formula of this shampoo and conditioner, blue would come out in the first two washes, but not noticeably after that. The blue stayed wonderfully for six weeks u til my next appointment. The new formula fades it like crazy. Blue comes out every single time. I used the new formula five times before sticking it in the cabinet and trying other products. Gave it an extra star because the texture of my hair is still great using these.
Go back to the old formula!!

Whatever they did changing this formula is awful. It hardly suds anymore… been buying this for years and I’m not satisfied. My hair is left so greasy. You have to use 1/4 bottle to wash your hair because it doesn’t make any soapy suds anymore.

The shampoo and conditioner both smell amazing. I have noticed since using them that my hair has been so freaking soft. I will say that even though it makes it soft it also makes my hair look a bit greasy after a day. Very moisturizing, but maybe a bit too much.
Do not waste your money on this.

The consistency of the shampoo is a bit strange and it doesn't get a lot of lather. It wasn't easy to rinse out either. It left my hair frizzy and dry feeling and looked clumped up. I do like that it contains coconut oil, but I didn’t notice that it did anything different for my hair that other shampoos don’t. It is a vegan shampoo and I can appreciate that they don’t test on animals, so if you’re looking for an animal friendly shampoo that is color friendly, this would be a good one to try.

First thing first, this shampoo and the matching conditioner smell AMAZING. No notes on that, absolutely love the scent. This shampoo definitely cleans well, but left my hair feeling a bit dry and stripped. I live in Minnesota and winter here is incredibly dry, so anything that piles on to that tends to be problematic. I'll might try it again in summer when my hair is a bit less desperate for moisture, but in winter it's just not doing it for me.

This product has some flower smell, which is not strong.The product is foaming very well. After the washing hair, the hair is soft and moisturizing. For me the effect after this shampoo was after the expensive products. I loved it.

It contains a Vegan Collagen Complex, murumuru butter and rose, and is formulated without any sulfates, silicone, or parabens. It's also vegan, cruelty-free, made out of ethically and sustainably-sourced ingredients, and the packaging is made out of 100% recycled PCR plastic. I love the way the feel and aroma of this shampoo makes my shower feel like a spa experience. After using the shampoo, my hair feels much lighter and has noticeably more volume. It's also shiny and smooth, and nearly frizz-free. I feel like it has added vibrancy to my color-treated hair, and seems to lock in moisture. My hair smells amazing after use, but not overpowering. Also, like all Love Beauty And Planet Shampoos, they are fast-rinse, allowing you to save time and water. I am really loving and enjoying this line, and I definitely plan to repurchase! All around great shampoo, my hair was left clean, shiny, and bouncy. If your hair tends to get oily you might need to wash it more often, I noticed my hair would get a little more greasy sooner then with some other shampoos. My husband has dry hair and it was more suited to his hair type. The smell of roses was so pretty and my kids actually really enjoyed it.
