A: Hi there. Did you by chance purchase Healthy V Vitamin? This is our tablet that has an orange/red color to it. Good Girl Probiotics® can occasionally change color slightly due to humidity, but should not be red.

I have been using this and the Gut Feelings for years now, it's a staple in my medicine cabinet and I've had less cases of BV using it when back in the day it was a big issue that I couldn't figure out how to address. I have taken MANY different probiotic products through the years due to my candida issues but this one is a one stop shop. I have not had any yeast infections since taking this product!! I used to have recurrent yeast infections. I've been taking these probiotics for a couple of years now, and I've only had 1 yeast infection during that whole time. I recommended these to a friend and she had similar results. It's life changing. If anyone has really frequent yeast infections, I recommend taking these probiotics in addition to the following lifestyle changes: Avoid tight clothing, use cotton underwear but forego underwear entirely whenever possible to dry out the area (an easy way to accomplish this is to sleep without underwear on), do NOT EVER use scented products to clean the area (honestly, just water is the best route), and limit your sugar consumption. All of these have helped me, so I recommend combining them if you are a severe case. But definitely taking these supplements is the thing that helped me the most out of everything (it helped enough that I was able to start eating dessert again!)

I am very satisified with good girl probiotics. I have taken it for approximately 7 months and I haven't had any UTI infections. I also have diabetes and only started getting infections after being put on medication. I am hoping this product continues to keep them away.
