Some of the taste like mold
I have purchased these a few times, and during those times I have had issues with at least one cheese stick tasting like mold. It is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if it’s a manufacturing issue or if it’s a refrigeration issue. But after it happened twice in a row with two separate packages, I won’t ever buy these again. Yuck.

This cheese is good, it has a good taste and not too dry or salty. Main issue is with the plastic packaging, the perforation for each piece often tears through the middle of another piece opening and exposing the cheese. Just need better quality packaging. Good price, use scissors to cut them all.

Best string cheese for the price! I’m picky and this string cheese is better than its name brand counterparts. I’ve been buying G&G string cheese for years, and my friends were in disbelief at how good this string cheese is in comparison to others. They almost ate a whole package in one night. Now they’re buying this brand too! The low fat version isn’t as good as the regular ones, but not bad.
