Q: What are the best washing instructions? Is it strictly spot/wipe clean? After a rain storm it looks rather dirty

A: Hello, We advise against machine washing as that could negatively affect the material and only recommend spot cleaning using a mild soap solution using a lint free cloth. When you aren't using the item, we recommend covering the item when not in use, or storing the cushions away when not in use as they are water resistant not waterproof.

Ordered in February, the cushions are not cream, they are yellow. Replaced in March and again the bench was shipped with yellow cushions which is not what is shown in the image. The image shows cream not yellow.

Sturdy and love the wood. Cons: cushions are a yellow creamy color not like the pictures shown. I’d have to get them upholstered.
