The LUXE Bidet® NEO 185 Plus is a cold water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with water pressure & mode selection knobs that are simple to operate.

For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

Works great and easy to install with a little plumbing knowledge. Swings up for easier cleaning doesn't take up alot of space. Far better hygiene and wonderful for those like me who have lower back problems. Operation is simple and the dual function is a plus. I will never go without one ever again! Have them on both of my toilets and trust me when I say once you get use to using it you will wonder why you didn't buy one long ago! Luxe Bidet is a good brand and they stand behind their products. They have great customer service and pricing is reasonable.

Best Decision. Always wondered if I’d like a bidet but figured it would be too expensive or hard to install. Nope! Not expensive and not hard to install! I bought the one without warm water because I figured by the time the hot water reached the spray, it might be quite a wait and a waste of water. The cool water is just fine and refreshing. For women, this is the best way to stay clean and reduce irritation and itching. Use wash cloths to dry, easily laundered and not as irritating as t-paper.

I never used one of these before but my wife wanted one. It installed very easily and doesn’t look out of place. We were debating about cold water only vs. hot water option and decided the extra plumbing would be too much. After using standard cold water only version, we found it was just fine. After using this for a few weeks, I’m a convert! Saves on effort and saves on TP.

Now that I've got it installed I love it! The installation wasn't as easy as anticipated. I can imagine if I knew more about plumbing I would have realized I needed an additional flexible hose. Regardless the additional hose was easy to acquire and obviously quite easy to troubleshoot. I did not need any additional help via the phone number or website.
