Q: How to remove the drainage plug? I tried but it’s hard.

A: Thank you for your question! Try twisting the plug counterclockwise to loosen it up. After a few turns, it should be loose enough to come out. If this does not work, please submit your question again.

This urn is beautiful and worth the price! I have been searching for this type of urn since I bought a smaller set years ago through Southern Living at Home. They are heavy enough to stay upright in the wind.
