This SIM card cannot be activated. When you go on the website that you are instructed to go to, you enter the ICCID number on the back of the SIM card and the zip code for the area code that you want. It then takes you to another page, and this is where the problem is. There is an error that prevents you from being able to click on the “confirm & pay” button that should activate the SIM card. The LycaMobile rep told me that there should be a screen there where I put on my credit card information, name, email, etc. I tried on two different SIM cards, two different devices, two internet connections and none of them worked. The problem is with Lyca Mobile. I have attached pictures to show where the problem is.

No customer service at all. no 7day free trial. If you really want to try this, remember do not port your current number in to this sim, or you will lost it forever.

I purchased this in-store, but I wanted to leave a review here. Activating this SIM card was super quick and too easy! Make sure to activate at lycamobile.us/7daysfree or just scan the QR code. I am currently still on my 7-day trial, but the service has been great so far and I am really excited that I switched over to Lyca Mobile. The main reason I switched to Lyca Mobile is because of the free international calling and texting, which worked immediately!

There is no 7 day free trial. It tells me number is suspended and to purchase a plan to use. No customer service.
