Q: Does this product also remove rust stains?

submitted by Jayne - 4 months ago
  • A: Thank you for reaching out to us. The Lysol Power Clinging Gel can be used on rust stains. Apply a generous amount of liquid directly onto the tough stains. For severe rust stains, if possible, remove water from bowl first. Let soak for 15 minutes. Do not close lid. Repeat if necessary. We hope that this information helps! Sincerely, Your Lysol Team.

Q: When I used the product, the cleaner leaked through the bottom of the cap, and the cap was hard to twist open. Did anyone have that problem?

submitted by ML - 1 year ago
  • A: We are sorry to learn you had some trouble opening the child-resistant cap on this container. We can understand your frustration and hope that these tips will help: Hold bottle firmly with one hand on a flat surface. With other hand, squeeze sides of cap where indicated while turning counterclockwise. Do not remove cap. Avoid squeezing bottle when opening. To reseal, twist cap clockwise until tightly closed.
