It is a healthy drink with a lot of vitamins and low calorie. The sugar level is just right not too overly sweet. The berry flavoring is not overwhelming which is a huge plus for me. At first, I have to get use to the taste as I think it is because of all the vitamins in it thats making it taste healthy. Overall, it is a drink I would buy for me and my family.

The bright blue bottle with ombré coloring is very eye catching and grabs your attention when browsing the shelves/coolers. This Berry Copa Crush flavor tastes like blue raspberry and is very refreshing to drink. It reminds me of the popular blue punch I used to drink as a child - just less sweet and a bit watered down. Delicious! Containing a blend of 4 electrolytes, 6 vitamins, 3 antioxidants, and 5 minerals - with no artificial sweeteners or flavors - this is a great beverage with lots of added benefits. It absolutely quenched my thirst and made me feel hydrated when I needed it most. As far as popular sports drinks goes - this brand definitely tops the list and will be replacing our usual choice on the field/court. My only complaint is that it left a really weird aftertaste in my mouth that I could not get rid of until I drank some water. My children tried it as well but didn’t complain of any aftertaste so it might just be me.
