Description

About the Book

The sudden death of the attractive Mitsuko Tsuji shocks everyone, including the customers of her bookstore, Kitô. When visitors arrive to pay their last respects, Tarô, Mitsuko's deaf-mute son, is troubled by certain details of his family history. But this becomes less important when a young woman comes to offer her condolences, awakening in him a deep uneasiness, something like a budding love, something like a precious memory.
