This area rug is listed as 1/2" pile, which it is not. It measures at ~1/3" which makes a difference. I cannot get the chemical odor from this thing out of the room. It has to be stored out of the house until I can return it in person. It cannot be returned via shipping although it was an online purchase, not sold in stores. Fedex and ups will only accept the pick up if it is in a box, regardless of having the original plastic packaging.
