I use this product for a number of reasons. First of all, I use it in conjunction with calcium for my bone health. It is also useful for your heart. What made this product so right for me is the size of the pills. I tend to take a lot of supplements and I do not like to swallow large pills. These were just a perfect size. I gave it four stars because I just switched a little less than a month ago. This type of magnesium is supposed to superior to other types and it will not upset your digestive system.

Just got my second bottle, I'm in AEMT class and clinicals started so in exhausted and taking meds every day. Got these to try and help sleep and hoping it keeps me from building up tolerance

It is helping me get better sleep. The other reason I took it was to minimize leg and foot cramps. It has helped some but I still get them every now and then. Will continue taking.

I'm so grateful for the small capsules. It's too early to report results. I'm hopeful for prevention of leg cramps and just getting magnesium levels up to normal.

After I started taking the magnesium I noticed a drop in my blood pressure, and my leg cramps went away. I could buy a less expensive product but I'm not willing to take that chance.

My son has fibromyalgia. Magnesium is very important to him. This one is easier to measure and take. Absorption seems good overall. It does not help sleep yet at this dose, (3 daily) but that is a major issue for folks with fibro.

The capsules are very small which is a huge plus compared to some other brands. Since I've been using this product my leg cramps have stopped. I take 2 capsules per day along with my other supplements and that seems to be the right dose for me.
